Why Do Events Disappear From The External Calendar?

If events disappear from the external calendar, such as Outlook, this is because they are outside the time window. By default, we configure external calendars to cover a  180-day period, 90 days in the past, and 90 days in the future. This setting works for most companies. However, if it does not work for you, get in touch with LeaveWizard support and we will change your configuration to cover the period you require.
