How Do You Process Billing Information?

We provide many payment options and process billing information differently for each option.

Credit Card

The simplest and easiest for customers wanting to subscribe to a standard plan and wishing to pay monthly by debit or credit card is to use our third-party provider, Recurly. You can manage these subscriptions via the web app, from the subscription details page.

Our servers are encrypted using 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, so any data you enter on our website is secure. You can find out more about how we handle your data in our privacy policy.

When LeaveWizard processes your billing information, we pass it directly to our fully PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant partner Recurly via a SSL connection. Recurly will then process your credit card details and notify us of the transaction status. We do not store any of your billing information directly on our servers.

Invoice

Customers paying by invoice, including direct debit payments, will not need to enter any billing information onto our website. We use a third-party provider, GoCardless, to handle direct debits. Authorised by the UK FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), they securely process all data.
